I have developed a strong sense of awareness of my posture after a few sessions. The combination of adjustments and Dr. Eric's advice and information on wellness have helped me keep tabs on my posture during the day and make many changes that will put me in a more relaxed and comfortable position. I have noticed that my spine has become more flexible, especially when driving and doing shoulder checks. It does not feel as strained as it used to. It is now that I realized just how tight and rigid my body had been, and for so many years. I wish I knew about this 10 years ago.

I realized the true potential of Dr. Eric's approach when he was able to release the muscle tensions that had been keeping my nose crooked for over 25 years. After 3 months of care, my spine has un-seized, my shoulders have evened out, my back no longer hunches forward. My chest has opened up and my head sits properly on my neck. By this time, my nose was ready to be straightened.

With a simple light touch on the side of my nose, the tension on that muscle released and as a result, the bone that is my nose actually moved towards a centered position. Normally I would be a bit skeptical of such a MAJOR SHIFT occurring so simply, but I have actually seen and felt it happened. So I have no choice, but to BELIEVE. Pretty amazing and unbelievable!

I have noticed that the muscle tension that created my posture imbalance has been released.  And, as a result, I can feel my muscles relax and be supported by the bones making me feel looser and free physically, and it has even freed me up emotionally and energetically as well.  It is an overall feeling now.  Thank you Dr. Eric!
