Some Health Tips

  1. Do not sleep or lie on your stomach. Sleeping on your back or either side is the correct position.
  2. Do not crack, yank or pull your own neck, or allow anyone else to.
  3. Do not throw your head straight back, move or twist your neck abruptly.
  4. Do not permit yourself to be hugged, kissed or loved to the point of dislocation.
  5. Do not exercise immediately following an adjustment. (Check with your chiropractor before continuing or starting any exercise.)
  6. Do not lift any heavy objects away from your body. Hold objects close to the body and bend at the knees.
  7. Do not carry any object constantly on one side. Switch sides often.
  8. Do not hold a phone with your shoulder or type with your head turned to one side for a long period of time. Switch sides often.
  9. Do not work yourself to a frazzle. Get adequate rest.
  10. Do not stress the digestive tract. Eat sparingly - decrease wheat, sugar and processed food from your diet. Be educated about which foods work best for your individual body type.
  11. Do not be Miss Emotional. The body heals quickly and more efficiently when you are relaxed, emotionally "un-stuck" and able to go through the range of emotion. Always strive to handle specific emotional issues. Always feel comfortable to ask your chiropractor for help if needed.
Do not hesitate to phone the office of Intuitive Soul Chiropractic
should you have any discomfort or questions.
